In the event that damage occurs during voyage, our surveyors will identify the condition of cargo and determine any probable causes.

Evidence will be collected and produced in a report, which can then support any insurance claims. We can undertake surveys regardless of the types of produce or the severity of damage, and can also arrange the testing of any contaminated cargo if required.

Careful and thorough inspection of the cargo is undertaken in order to provide as much information as possible to all parties involved. Photographic evidence will be combined with temperature logs, transit times and any other available data, to give a full picture of the situation.

Our surveyors will detail any probable causes of damage, to be written up in a comprehensive report suitable for presentation to insurers.
